Applications are invited for IDPL, Hyderabad Plant for the following posts purely on Contract Basis for the period of 3years:-
Name & No. of the posts :-Manager (Production) -1
Minimum Qualifications :- B.Pharma/ M.Pharma having knowledge of WHO: GMP and other regulatory norms. He/She having knowledge in facing Technical Audit and ability to coordinate all the concerned departments to lead the team.
Experience in the relevant field (Yrs) :-He/She should have 10 years experience in production Department of formulation of various dosage forms
Max. age (Yrs) :- 35-45
Total Emoluments (Rs) :- 35000 – 40000
Name & No. of the posts :-Manager (QC/QA) -1
Minimum Qualifications :- B.Pharma/ M.Pharma having experience of National/Internatio nal Regulatory Audit and awareness on SQC and 6 SIGMA could be added advantage. He/She having knowledge of pharma industry and must be in higher management cader for
Experience in the relevant field (Yrs) :-At least 5 years and capable of implementing WHO:GMP for the unit, taking of stability studies, validation of Equipment and Process, knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality system and should have faced regulatory audits. He/She should have10 years experience in QC/QA department of formulation of Pharma

Minimum Qualifications :- B.Sc. (Chemistry)/B.Pharma or equivalent having experience in handling day to day activities of concerned respective departments.
Experience in the relevant field (Yrs) :-He/She should have 3 years experience in relevant field.
Max. age (Yrs) :- 25-40
Total Emoluments (Rs) :-22000 - 25000
Name & No. of the posts :-Safety Officer - 1
Minimum Qualifications :- B.Sc. (Chemistry)/B.Pharma with
Experience in the relevant field (Yrs) :-At least 3 years experience in Safety Management.
Max. age (Yrs) :- 25-40
Total Emoluments (Rs) :-18000 - 22000
Name & No. of the posts :-Executive/ Chemists (Prod./QC/QA) - 5
Minimum Qualifications :- M.Sc. or B.Sc (Chemistry) having ability to manage independently Lab.
Experience in the relevant field (Yrs) :-At least 2 years in relevant field.
Max. age (Yrs) :- 25-40
Total Emoluments (Rs) :-15000 - 18000

Selection Procedure: The selection would be done by way of initial screening of applications and interview thereafter of the short-listed candidates only.
Place of Work: The place of work will be New Formulation Unit at IDPL Hyderabad, Balanagar, Hyderabad – 500037 (AP). However, the selected candidate may be placed anywhere in India depending on the requirement of the Company, in future.
General Conditions:1 The Candidates must ensure that they possess the required qualification and experience in the relevant field for the post applied.
2 The Documents submitted by the Candidate if found incorrect / false information/ certificate/documents or has suppressed any material fact(s) his/her candidature will stand cancelled. If any of these short comings is/are detected even after appointment, his/her services are liable to be terminated.
3 IDPL has right to reject Candidature at any stage and the decision of IDPL will be Final
4 IDPL has right to reject entire selection/advertisement at any stage and the decision of IDPL shall be final in this regard.
5 Any dispute arising out of this advertisement shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of Court situated at respective place of posting.
